Rains offers a 30-day return policy on all orders, ensuring that your waterproof outerwear and accessories meet your expectations. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing box, ensuring the product is well-protected and all original labels are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse.
